  • Pay Rate: $41.98 - $48.28 per hour
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating Morning and Afternoon Shifts including Weekends

PROGRAMMED is actively recruiting Operator Maintainers for our client based in Kemps Creek NSW. Our client is the world leader in automatic storage and order picking systems, and their new home sits in a space covering 65,000 square meters.

Currently operating 7 days per week we are looking for highly motivated, reliable and a flexible team member to join our diverse and inclusive team of Operator Maintainers across the Day and Afternoon including weekends.

As Operator Maintainers you will be provided on job training and will be the first line of quality control for all stock coming into the facility for processing by automated systems, this is a ‘hands off’ role as the robots do all our heavy lifting! Your responsibilities will be as per below but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual quality inspection of incoming pallets and products
  • Foil Removal
  • System Monitoring
  • Fault Reading and Corrections
  • General housekeeping duties

What we are looking for:

  • Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • A commitment to safety and attention to details
  • The ability to work a rotating roster of morning, afternoon and weekend shifts
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30m (mezzanines and catwalks throughout sites)
  • Able to pass a police check
